Wine making:
 Chianti Borgianni is made from a selection of the best grapes produced on the hills of the Chianti Senese area. Once the grapes were destalked and crushed they were left to ferment in stainless steel vats for about 10 days at temperatures between 80 and 86°F. After being left for a further 8 days, the liquid was run off the skins. The malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel containers
Tasting notes:
 colour: Very lively ruby red with purple reflexes
nose: Intense, fine, persistente with floreal and red berry scents
taste: Balanced, intense, harmonic and of good persistance
